Leadership Development
We recognised some time ago that coaching was not always the answer. That may sound simple and yet, it’s surprising how often coaching is another solution looking for problems!
We care about people and leadership plays a pivotal role in the dynamics and tensions between success and fulfillment.
There are endless resources available and shifting paradigms over the last century which have created waves of influence and change. They are all still with us today, so our approach is to meet the situation of your organisation as it is. Then we go from there.
Practically speaking, this means that we spend time to get alongside your people and their stakeholders to define what successful development means here and now. Our approach then emerges to meet that need, rather than us coming with fully pre-defined solutions. This brings rigour to our co-creative design process, for a unique approach to fulfill your needs.
We have delivered short-form programmes focussed on specific needs e.g. Difficult Conversations, Culture & Complexity and Executive Presence to name just three. Also, long-form programmes focussed on fully-fledged leadership development.

Coaching Skills
We believe that organisations can embed the core skills of coaching, to develop an emerging coaching culture. This creates enabling and empowering cultures, which are a key requirement of less hierarchical and more self-organised systems. This is particularly challenging for those organisations who have transformed from the opposite!
The most common mistake we notice when leaders develop these skills is to forget all the great things they already have in their leadership toolkit. Coaching is not always the answer. It is a skill and an attitude to leadership which works alongside a range of different approaches to suit evolving situations.
Our 1:1 and Group coaching skills programmes range from three day core skills development to multi-day programmes leading to a professional accreditation. We integrate programme content with the reality of your organisation so that it is relevant and impact-full.
