Executive Coaching
Is for any person in an organisation and not limited to their work role. We coach the whole person, because we believe that separating work and life misses the connection between both.
We appreciate that organisations can be everything from a source of joy and connection, whilst also being able to stimulate frustration and anxiety. Coaching enables individuals who are open to learning, to experience their situation from a fresh perspective.
We identify the objectives which matter for you and we engage your organisation to identify the objectives that matter for them. Together this makes the difference.
Over a period of time agreed upfront, we meet either face-to-face or virtually to consider the challenges and opportunities which are unique to you as a person seeking to learn, adapt and grow.

Team Coaching
Is for any Team within an Organisation and is not limited to the Team. We discover together what the unique characteristics are that make up the Team. What exists within your situation and what is being demanded from outside from stakeholders.
Most often, tensions exist between team members and between stakeholders. These are the connection points between people. Therefore, we coach these connections and situations to shift from draining tension to creative tension. From low-trust to high-trust.
Of course, Groups and Teams are made up of individual people. So our coaching is at the individual, Team and Organisational level at all times because a Team never exists in isolation.

Organisational Coaching
Is for an Organisation seeking a variety of change or transformation and yet is experiencing a sense of being stuck in the beginning, middle or end of their existing situation!
Our objective analysis and enquiry will enable us to co-create what will make the difference for your Organisation. Unlike consultants, we do not arrive with the latest research and approach to “solve” your situation.
Rather, we take a relational approach to understanding what is really going on and to design unique interventions to support the Organisation to get to wherever it wants or needs to go.
This may then include 1:1, Team Coaching and Team-on-Team Coaching. Additionally, it can include development and training journeys to transform skillset as well as mindset if required.
