Together we make the difference. What does this mean? It’s a simple expression of what really matters for us and when considering any organisational culture. We see culture, leadership and teaming as relational phenomena. A leader is only a leader if they have followers. Followers enable leaders as much as leaders enable followers. As everything is connected, it’s only together that we can make any difference.
With this in mind, we are all awareness agents. Seeking to discover and unearth the reality in each situation, in order to create opportunities and choices for alternative ways of being. This is what enables culture, change and innovation to emerge. A commitment to change, rather than a rigid compliance with any particular theory of change.
At Organisational Coaching, we are a combination of a founder led organisation with offices in Switzerland and the U.K., with employees in both locations and also, a selection of highly skilled associates. We want to work with the best, in every aspect of our work from delivery, design, digital and enabling functions.
We believe in scaling to opportunities as they arise and being as small as we can possibly be. But no smaller. Our ability to scale to client opportunities is supported by the relationships we have with extraordinary others. This means that we are not desperately seeking the next piece of work.
This enables us to deliver the highest quality 1:1 coaching or bring together many coach-facilitators to support global leadership development programs. We get alongside those that we have either trained ourselves, been trained by or where we have a pre-existing relationship based on mutual respect and an appreciation of each others difference.
