Supervision of an Internal Coach Pool for a Global Firm
We work with a team of ten internal coaches to develop them for the benefit of their Organisation.
We have constructed case studies which reflect the actual nature and experience of our work with a variety of organisations. Client names and industries are changed to honour our confidentiality agreements. What stands out for you? How is your organisational dilemma similar and different?

We work with a team of ten internal coaches to develop them for the benefit of their Organisation.
Due to a desired cultural transformation our client needed to onboard 1,500 people to a new, worldwide digital organisation in short time frame.
In the last 12 months, this ‘new’ organisation has been created as a merger of different organisations who had previously been competitors.
The leaders of two teams which contribute the most revenue for the entire organisation approached us to support an integrated development of their teams.
Following a reorganisation a group of high-potential yet young and relatively inexperienced direct reports were asked to step into leadership positions.
We were invited to the client as the Leadership Team had a sense that things could be better. They didn’t know what.
We are Organisational Coaches who believe that coaching inspires the leadership and learning culture in organisations. We coach leaders, teams and organisations and we develop skills in others to do this without us. We have the audacious gumption and courage to create coaching cultures throughout organisations. Together we make the difference.
