Hello, I’m Sonja Robinson and I aspire to inspire and enjoy dedicating my time and passion for change and growth in people.

I’ve spent the last 25 years in business development, consulting and coaching in the talent management space. This enables me to connect the dots in business. I see the big picture and thrive for performance.

Thriving on meeting people from different cultures, I travelled and worked abroad for 10 years before returning to Switzerland, my home country, where I now live.

To me, coaching is a win-win profession. We learn from each other. This 1:1 relationship gives me the opportunity to really get to know and understand your drivers and motivations. Personally, I’m driven by challenges. I believe that’s the only way we can grow our potential.

My ‘motto’ is coaching with heart and head. My personal coaching style is structured, focused and goal oriented. With my guidance, you can expect results.
