Hello, I’m Natasha Harvey. I’m a Leadership Coach and Communications Specialist and a firm believer that great leadership starts with self-leadership.
I really enjoy supporting clients in building the skills and behaviours that develop effective working relationships, which in turn make for greater productivity and engagement in the workplace.
Prior to moving into leadership development, I was based in Paris and spent twenty years in multi-national corporate environments leading communications for organisations in the aerospace & defence, automotive and professional services sectors. As an active executive committee member, I managed large teams at a senior level across several countries and led communication of long-term transformational enterprise programmes.
I believe that effective communication and effective leadership are closely intertwined. As a leader, your communication skills will help you in countless relationships – at an organisational level, in communities and groups in order to achieve results through others.
I coach clients ranging from managers through to business & functional directors and VPs developing leadership skills, transitioning into new roles, leading through change and communicating with impact. I also work with the UK Army to provide leadership training for junior females as well as mentoring skills and inclusivity workshops for senior personnel.
My coaching relationships are built on support and challenge to help clients fully explore their potential and turn thoughts into actions. I take a hands-on, practical approach combining coaching with usable strategies to help clients achieve their goals and build sustainable behaviours.
I’m a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credentialed by the International Coach Federation, a certified NLP practitioner, member of the Association for Coaching and take part in regular coaching supervision.
I’m a British-French citizen and coach in English and French.
