Hello, I’m Fredrika Rylander and my passion is coaching individuals and teams to better communicate so that they become more efficient and impactful.
I help them build engaged and productive teams, establishing constructive relationships and stronger results.
My first real job was as a sales trainee in the executive office at a Sheraton hotel in Sweden. I was straight away fascinated by my colleagues’ different personalities and cultural backgrounds. I observed different ways of managing employees and communicating with them, and the impact it had. Or did not have.
My subsequent training and job as sales executive at Canon gave me solid skills for listening and communicating effectively.
I have since been working in both multinationals and start-ups in the communications field, in senior leadership positions. I have worked with employees across functions, from trainees to C-level. Throughout five continents.
I now use my 30 years’ corporate journey, together with my business coaching qualifications, to help leaders communicate better, gain clarity and become more impactful. Through a thought provoking, pragmatic and sometimes challenging process, I help unlock talent, build on strength and confidence.
I work mainly with team leaders, executives and newly appointed managers.
Having lived and worked in five different countries and speak English, French and Swedish.
